Our company has over thirty-five years of expertise catering for spectacular weddings. We have evolved to accommodate the modern tastes of today’s couples. It includes cooking mouth-watering plant-based vegan delicacies and serving them in an eco-friendly fete ambiance.
From smaller, elegant weddings to huge corporate events for 1,500 guests, we have the experience and knowledge to execute these events flawlessly.
We do not charge for many items in our wedding package, such as non-alcoholic beverages, ice, paper products, china, and silverware. Wine corkage, cake cutting, and bartending are also part of the package. Also, rather than count individual items, such as stuffed mushrooms and bring just three per person, we offer an incredibly generous amount of each food, and the leftovers are packaged and refrigerated so they can get taken home later.
Our founder, Christie, has attended the famed Cordon Bleu in London and worked for the Cuisinart Company at its inception. In the only cooking contest she has ever entered, Christie won the grand prize while competing against forty thousand people. It was Southern Living Magazine’s 2006 cook-off, and the reward was $100,000. Christie’s other accomplishments include completing eighteen cookbooks, writing a monthly newspaper column for years, appearing on radio and TV, and most recently, she was requested to be on the Food Channels “Chopped” program.
