So many bridal guides and magazines suggest having a testing before selecting a
caterer. We feel that it is important if you are going to a big hotel or country
club and the meal is complex and very expensive. We are not.
We recommend that our
potential clients call some of the brides who have used our services and interview
them. You can also arrange with Christie's Catering to view an event just before it starts.
Christie Katona has
had this catering business for almost 30 years and which
includes an extensive history of
successful events. Many corporate clients and cities use
her catering exclusively.
Christie Katona's biography includes attending the acclaimed Cordon Bleu in London, England, research
and development for food companies and restaurants, teaching cooking professionally,
18 published cookbooks, as well as winning grand prize in a national contest with
over 40,000 entries. This year Christie was selected as one of Seattleās top ten wedding
caterers by The Knot magazine.
